职位描述

Duties and responsibilities:
Ensure that company’s accounts are accurate and prepared on a timely basis
Ensure compliance with both external (GAAP, law) and internal policies.
Lead profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports.
Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
Contribute to the budgeting and MTP
Maintain group accounting policy and provide guidance to the accounting staff.
Involve in implementation of new accounting system
Support the Plant Manager and the CFO in managing and controlling business activity
Keep good relationship with banks, tax authorities, and other related government department
Ensure stock take is carried out as per company requirements and analyze results promptly
Handle CAPEX application and track completion status of approved CAPEX
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, finance/accounting major
- Minimum of 8 years Finance/Accounting experience in MNC and at least 3 years management experience
- CPA, ACCA certifications are preferred
- Excellent communication skills and good command in both oral and written English
- Good Microsoft skills
- Experienced in ERP system (BPCS, MFG-Pro)
- Solid fundamentals in Finance  Management – Reporting, Costing, Tax, GL, etc.
